The role focuses on strategic HR management, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and performance management, specifically within the Events, Media, or Travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Build and sustain a positive organizational culture that enhances collaboration and productivity
Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Address employee grievances, engagement, and employee relations issues
Oversee performance appraisal systems to drive high performance
Manage compensation structure, payroll coordination, and benefits programs
Identify training needs and implement learning & development initiatives
Leverage HR technology for operational efficiency and reporting
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
Provide HR metrics and strategic insights to senior management
