Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Build and sustain a positive organizational culture that enhances collaboration and productivity
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Address employee grievances, engagement, and employee relations issues
• Oversee performance appraisal systems to drive high performance
• Manage compensation structure, payroll coordination, and benefits programs
