Job Summary

MediaTechTemple is hiring an HR IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing IT positions while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical discussions

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates

• Track candidate status using Excel and recruitment trackers

• Manage offer negotiations and ensure timely joining

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for IT roles

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field

• Experience hiring for startups or IT companies
