Job Description:

Kalyan Silks Trichur is looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will handle sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, conducting salary negotiations, managing offer rollouts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Exposure to bulk hiring and lateral recruitment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

>End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

>Candidate screening, initial HR interviews, and interview coordination

>Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

>Offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities

>Support campus hiring, walk-ins, and recruitment drives

>Prepare MIS and recruitment reports for management

>Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Required Skills:

>Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques

>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

>Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously

>Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS tools

>Analytical, organized, and independent worker
