Job Summary

DailyLiv India is hiring Field Recruiters to support end-to-end recruitment and placement activities. The role involves field-based sourcing, candidate engagement, interviews, and coordination with employers across manufacturing, logistics, service, BPO, and corporate sectors. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy on-ground hiring, networking, and candidate interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through field visits and local networks

• Conduct face-to-face interviews and candidate screening

• Build strong relationships with candidates and employer partners

• Understand employer hiring needs and align suitable talent

• Support the complete recruitment and placement lifecycle

• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and deployment

• Maintain recruitment data using digital recruitment platforms

• Travel frequently for field recruitment activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

• Experience in HR, staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition is an advantage

• Freshers with strong field exposure and communication skills may also apply
