Key Responsibilities:
>HR Operations & Governance
>Lead end-to-end HR operations across corporate and business units
>Standardize HR processes, SOPs, and documentation
>Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, F&F settlements
>Payroll & Statutory Compliance
>Ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness
>Maintain compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, CLRA, Factories Act, Shops & Establishments
>Coordinate statutory audits
>Performance Management System (PMS)
>Implement and monitor KRA/KPI-based PMS
>Drive appraisals, performance reviews, PIPs
>Provide dashboards and analytics for leadership
>HR Business Partnering
>Support corporate leadership in manpower planning and succession planning
>Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
>HR Policies & Process Improvement
>Draft, review, and implement HR policies
>Drive HR digitization, process automation, and efficiency improvements
>Employee Engagement & Development
>Lead engagement initiatives, POSH awareness, welfare programs, safety training
>Identify and coordinate learning & development needs
>Team Leadership
>Mentor HR operations team
>Define roles, KPIs, and development plans
>Ensure productivity, accountability, and service delivery
Key Skills & Competencies:
>HR Operations, Payroll, PMS, Compliance expertise
>Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory frameworks
>HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting
