Job Summary

Wonderworth Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic Chapter Leader – Compensation Analyst (L4) to lead advanced compensation analytics and governance initiatives. This role is responsible for designing competitive pay structures, driving compensation benchmarking, collaborating with Employee Investment Participation Model (EIPM) partners, and ensuring consistent application of compensation standards across the organization.

Purpose of the Role

To deliver high-quality compensation insights through accurate data analysis, robust risk modeling, and governance compliance, enabling informed, leadership-level decision-making.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

>Compensation Strategy & Analytics

>Lead compensation benchmarking cycles and market comparison studies

>Advise leadership on salary band restructuring and market alignment

>Design, evaluate, and maintain competitive pay structures and frameworks

>EIPM & Risk Modeling

>Conduct EIPM risk assessments, financial simulations, and what-if analysis

>Evaluate proposals from financial and investment partners

>Prepare data-driven recommendations aligned with organizational goals

>Governance & Reporting

>Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of compensation dashboards and reports

>Maintain compliance with compensation governance standards and policies

>Monitor risks related to compensation and investment-linked programs

>Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

>Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Finance, CFO, and senior stakeholders

>Co-lead employee communication and compensation education initiatives

>Drive cross-functional collaboration with high confidentiality and integrity

Qualifications

>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Human Resources, or related field

>Exposure to investment advisory or wealth management is an added advantage
