Job Overview
ActiveEx Solutions is seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager for its manufacturing operations in Mohali. The role requires strong expertise in HR operations, payroll management, statutory compliance, and labor laws. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing end-to-end HR functions in a manufacturing environment.
Note: This position is open to male candidates only, as per organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
>HR Operations & Compliance
>Manage end-to-end HR operations for plant/manufacturing setup
>Ensure compliance with statutory laws including PF, ESI, labor laws, and factory regulations
>Handle inspections, audits, and liaison with government authorities
>Payroll & Statutory Management
>End-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness
>PF, ESI calculations, returns, filings, and reconciliations
>Ensure statutory deductions, challans, and compliance deadlines
>Employee Lifecycle Management
>Oversee employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits
>Handle disciplinary processes, grievances, and employee relations
>Support performance management and HR policy implementation
>HR Administration & Reporting
>Maintain HR records, employee files, and statutory documentation
>Prepare monthly MIS reports and HR analytics for management
>Support senior management in HR planning and workforce management
Eligibility Criteria
Education: MBA in Human Resources
Gender Requirement: Male (as per company requirement)
