Job Description:

FITA EDTECH, one of Chennai’s finest Talent Development and Training Companies, is hiring an experienced HR Placements Coordinator for its Training Division. The role involves coordinating student placements, employer interactions, and placement-related HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate placement activities for trained candidates

• Liaise with corporate clients and recruiters for job openings

• Schedule interviews, placement drives, and employer interactions
• Maintain student placement records and placement MIS
• Follow up with candidates and companies for interview feedback
• Support HR and placement operations of the training division
• Ensure smooth communication between students, trainers, and recruiters

Working Details:

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Location: Pallikaranai, Chennai
