Job Overview

This role involves a mix of recruitment, client handling, and basic business development. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in HR and client management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates

Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end hiring

Build and maintain candidate pipelines

Client Handling

Understand client hiring requirements

Coordinate with clients and ensure timely delivery

Maintain strong client relationships

Business Development (Basic)

Identify potential clients and support lead generation

Reach out via calls, email, and social media

Assist in promoting HR services

Administrative Tasks

Maintain recruitment and client records

Prepare basic reports and updates

Collaborate with internal teams

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree (HR / Business Administration preferred)

0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes

Ability to multitask and work independently

Required Skills

Communication & negotiation skills

Time management and organization

Basic knowledge of CRM/recruitment tools (preferred)
