🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Contract Labour Management

• Ensure contract labour compliance as per CLRA

• Monitor statutory adherence related to Salaries, PF, ESI, TDS, PT

• Verify statutory registers, records, and licenses

• Ensure compliance with Factory License, DISH regulations, etc.

🔹 Statutory Compliance

• Maintain strong coordination with Government Authorities

• Handle compliance for On-roll & Contract Employees

• Manage statutory requirements under:

o EPF, ESIC, TDS, PT, LWF

o CLRA, ISMW, Gratuity, Bonus

o Shops & Establishment Act

o Payment of Wages

o BOCW, Factory License renewal

o Fire License, Corporation License, DISH Amendments

• File annual statutory returns accurately and on time

🔹 Payroll Management

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule

• Verify attendance, timesheets, and overtime details

• Calculate wages, deductions, taxes, incentives, and bonuses

• Ensure payroll compliance with applicable labor laws

🔹 Leave Management

• Maintain accurate employee leave records

• Track leave balances and usage for all employees

🔹 Performance & Appraisal Management

• Coordinate PMS activities

• Assist in formulation and rollout of increments, incentives, and compensation policies

🔹 Industrial Relations & Grievance Handling

• Handle Full & Final Settlements

• Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters

• Maintain healthy industrial relations with workmen

• Support dispute resolution and employee engagement initiatives
