>Source candidates using suitable platforms and update job descriptions

>Screen resumes and conduct interviews using reliable recruitment tools

>Conduct reference checks and ensure joining of candidates

>Maintain candidate relationships and ensure smooth selection process

>Handle payroll activities, ESI & PF

>Attend legal/labour department matters related to employees
