Role Overview

As an Associate / Senior Associate – Client & Expert Engagement, you will act as a critical link between global clients and subject-matter experts. The role involves expert sourcing, client coordination, research, and project execution in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Expert Recruitment & Outreach

• Source experts using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, email campaigns, and cold calling

• Screen, evaluate, and onboard industry professionals into Vedak’s Expert Network

• Build long-term relationships with experts by positioning Vedak as a trusted platform

Client & Account Management

• Manage assigned client accounts and ensure timely project delivery

• Understand client requirements from consulting firms, corporates, and investors

• Act as the primary point of contact and maintain high client satisfaction

Project Execution & Research

• Conduct secondary research across industries and markets

• Understand project objectives and recommend suitable experts

• Coordinate and schedule expert calls and consulting engagements

• Work closely with internal teams to meet tight deadlines

Expert Matching & Compliance

• Shortlist and present experts with strong justification

• Ensure all engagements meet Vedak’s ethical and compliance standards

• Communicate recommendations confidently and professionally to clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools, Naukri, MS Excel & MS Office

• High energy, ownership mindset, and eagerness to grow in a startup environment
