Role Overview

Hirva HR Solutions is hiring a Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen client relationships, primarily within the BFSI and insurance sector. The role focuses on understanding client needs, delivering HR and recruitment solutions, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Understand client requirements and provide tailored HR/recruitment solutions

• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery

• Implement and manage strategic partnerships

• Maintain accurate client records and databases

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services

• Identify new business and client growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (preferred)

• Experience in BFSI / Insurance sector is an added advantage
