Role Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and delivering top-tier talent for live international roles. You will work closely with UK-based Business Development and Account Management teams, gaining exposure to global clients and fast-moving markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking

• Conduct in-depth phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and motivation

• Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently with candidates and UK stakeholders

• Maintain professional and consistent communication throughout the hiring process

• Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles

• Collaborate closely with UK teams to ensure timely and quality delivery

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and process documentation
