Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for manufacturing/automotive setup
• Handle liaison and coordination with Government Authorities
• Manage contractual labour, vendors, and compliance documentatio
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and audits
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workforce strategies
• Oversee employee relations, discipline, and grievance handling
• Support management in manpower planning and organizational development
