Job Summary
PCCS Logistics Private Limited is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and statutory compliance, supporting overall organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory requirements
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Plan and conduct training & development programs
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and documentation
- Act as a liaison between management and employees
Education
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
