Job Summary:
HFG Entertainments Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and office administration while supporting a productive and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation (contracts, NDAs, appraisal forms)
- Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and labor law requirements
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and documentation
- Draft job descriptions, internal announcements, and HR communications
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal branding activities
2. Administration:
- Oversee facility and office administration
- Maintain attendance records and integrate biometric systems with HRMS
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and internal events
- Ensure smooth administrative workflows and office upkeep
- Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and reimbursements (Zoho Payroll)
