Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior-level positions
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
• Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation
• Support daily HR operational activities

Eligibility & Requirements

Qualification: Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field

Language: English (Mandatory)
