Job Description:
OM Logistics is hiring an experienced HR Executive with strong exposure to Payroll, Compliance, and HR Operations. The role requires close coordination between HR and Payroll to ensure accurate salary processing and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations
- Maintain employee master data and personal records
- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and exit processes
- Process promotions, salary revisions, and employee changes
- Coordinate background verification and documentation
- Support recruitment and offer generation
- Payroll & Attendance
- Track attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift data
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Generate payslips and payroll reports
- Manage PF & ESI registrations, deductions, and filings
- Compliance & Records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain statutory records and payroll documentation
- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of employee financial data
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws
- Experience in logistics / operations-heavy environments preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent coordination skills
