Job Description:

Sky Gold Limited is hiring an experienced HR Executive – Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations for its jewellery manufacturing units in Navi Mumbai. The role requires strong exposure to factory-level HR activities, recruitment, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

>End-to-end recruitment for jewellery manufacturing roles

>Employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and HR operations

>Payroll inputs coordination and HRMS updates

>Maintaining employee files, HR MIS, and compliance records

>Handling employee grievances and engagement initiatives

>Supporting statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment)

Key Requirements:

>Mandatory experience in the jewellery manufacturing industry

>Strong HR operations and documentation knowledge

>Good communication skills with proficiency in Excel and HRMS

>Ability to manage factory-level HR activities
