Role Overview

The Batch Manager is responsible for end-to-end learner management for PGP (Sales & Marketing) programs. This is a student-facing, operations-heavy role, acting as the single point of contact between learners and the institution to ensure smooth batch execution, engagement, discipline, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PGP batches from onboarding to completion

• Act as primary contact for learners (queries, coordination, issue resolution)

• Track attendance, learner progress, and batch records

• Coordinate with academic, strategy, and operations teams

• Ensure learner engagement, discipline, and retention

• Support smooth execution of live sessions, assessments, and activities

• Maintain accurate data using CRM / Excel / Google Sheets

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

o EdTech / Academic Counselling

o Training Operations

o Sales / HR / Learner Management roles

• Strong English communication (verbal & written)

• Self-driven and comfortable in a remote working environment
