Job Description

FranchiseBAZAR is hiring motivated graduates/postgraduates to join as Assistant Recruiters. The role offers hands-on exposure to non-IT recruitment, HR operations, and office administration, with a structured career path to an HR Executive role within 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Non-IT Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Hire for mid-senior roles: Sales, Digital Marketing, Business Analysts

• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals & social media

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interview schedules and recruitment advertising

• Assist in onboarding, HR documentation & HRIS updates

• Support employee engagement, performance management & exit process

• Handle general office administration activities

• Work closely with HR Manager on HR strategy & development projects
