Job Overview

Shah Distributors is looking for a multi-skilled Admin / HR / Accounts Executive to manage office administration, HR operations, and basic accounting functions. The role requires hands-on experience in payroll, compliance, back-office operations, and accounting support.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Payroll

  • Manpower planning and recruitment
  • Attendance tracking and employee records maintenance
  • Salary processing and reimbursements
  • PF, ESI, Gratuity compliance and benefits administration

Administration & Office Operations

  • Manage day-to-day office and back-office operations
  • Supervise front office and support staff
  • Prepare and maintain Excel reports and MIS
  • Handle emails, correspondence, files, and official documentation
  • Support management with coordination and reporting

Licenses, Compliance & Records

  • Track and renew trade licenses, mediclaim, and LIC policies
  • Handle vehicle tax, insurance, PUC updates
  • Manage corporation tax, khajna, mutation, and property-related payments
  • Ensure timely payments with proper documentation

Accounts & Finance Support

  • Maintain basic accounting entries using Tally Prime
  • Handle day-to-day financial transactions
  • Prepare invoices and assist in financial reports
  • Bank reconciliation and payment follow-ups

Educational Qualification

MBA / BBA / B.Com (Required)
