Key Responsibilities:

>Assist in recruitment and onboarding of branch-level staff

>Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation

>Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives

>Coordinate with branch teams for manpower requirements

>Willingness to travel for at least one week when required

>Support hiring related to MFI–JLG (Microfinance – Joint Liability Group) operations
