Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
• Support onboarding activities, documentation, and orientation
Employee Records & HR Administration
• Maintain employee files and HR databases
• Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, etc.)
• Track attendance, leave, and probation status
Payroll & Benefits Support
• Assist with payroll data preparation
• Coordinate PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory compliances
• Support employee benefits administration
Employee Relations
• Handle basic employee queries on HR policies and procedures
• Support employee engagement initiatives
Compliance & Policy Support
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws
• Assist in audits, HR reporting, and policy implementation
