Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for clients across the United States

Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, referrals, networking and databases

Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews

Assess technical skills, communication, visa status and candidate suitability

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders

Work on W2, C2C, 1099 and Full-Time requirements

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals

Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts

Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in ATS

Ensure compliance with client SLAs and hiring processes

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment status reports
