Job Summary
Lead the IT talent acquisition team
Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles
Develop recruitment strategies and ensure hiring targets are met
Focus on continuous improvement and candidate experience
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor IT recruiters
End-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management
Collaborate with hiring managers for technical hiring needs
Implement recruitment strategies for niche IT roles
Monitor team performance, provide coaching & training
Optimize ATS and recruitment tools
Build candidate pipelines via job portals, social media, referrals, networking
Track metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire
Coordinate with HR and leadership for workforce planning
Required Skills
Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles
Expertise in sourcing: LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search
Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
6+ years in IT recruitment
2+ years leading/managing a recruitment team
