Key Responsibilities :

Handle the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Source IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.

Use advanced Boolean search techniques to identify active and passive candidates.

Screen and interview candidates for technical, communication, and cultural fit.

Coordinate with Account Managers, Sales Teams, and Hiring Managers on client requirements.

Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates.

Maintain a strong pipeline of consultants and ensure timely submissions.

Build relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.

Achieve monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.
