Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Handle salary negotiations, offer roll-out, and onboarding.

Maintain recruitment trackers and reports for timely closures.
