Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and client requirements.

oordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely position closures.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates.
