Key Responsibilities

Screen and interview candidates over phone.

Match candidates with client requirements.

Negotiate salary and employment terms with candidates.

Submit candidate profiles to clients.

Update recruitment activities in the database/ATS.

Build relationships with candidates and clients.

Work with recruitment teams to close positions efficiently.
