Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

Support successful candidate placements.

Build knowledge of the US staffing and recruitment process.
