Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle.

Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.

Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

Coordinate interviews with US clients and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate records and ATS (Ceipal) with accurate updates.

Work closely with US hiring managers to close positions within timelines.

Handle offer negotiations and onboarding follow-ups.

Utilize AI tools in recruitment.

Recruit for niche technologies and specialized IT roles.
