Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for implementation partner requirements.

Source and recruit IT professionals across technologies like Java, .NET, QA Automation, ETL Testing, and Full Stack Development.

Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical expertise and client requirements.

Source candidates using ATS, job portals, networking, and passive sourcing techniques.

Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Handle multiple hiring requirements while meeting recruitment deadlines.
