Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster and professional networks.

Work with W2, C2C and 1099 employment models.

Coordinate interviews and negotiate rates.

Close offers and support successful placements.

Build relationships with candidates, clients and implementation partners.

Maintain ATS/VMS systems and recruitment metrics.

Use AI tools and AI-driven recruitment techniques where applicable.
