Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end US IT & Engineering recruitment for North American clients.

Work closely with Client Partners to understand hiring requirements.

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean & X-ray search, and social media.

Handle Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time US staffing requirements.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication.

Maintain ATS records and recruitment documentation.

Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and contribute to team goals.
