Key Responsibilities

Understand client job requirements and technical skills.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and communication.

Verify US work authorization (USC, GC, H-1B, OPT, etc.).

Match candidate profiles with client requirements.

Collect required documents (RTR, updated resumes, etc.).

Submit qualified candidates to clients.

Coordinate and schedule interviews.

Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback.

Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding.
