Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment.

Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.

Handle the complete US recruitment lifecycle.

Work with candidates having H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, and OPT EAD visa statuses.

Maintain candidate relationships and ensure timely closures.

Work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
