Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Pharma requirements.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Evaluate candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.

Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and joining formalities.

Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Build and manage talent pipelines for future requirements.

Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
