Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Pharma positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Assess candidates based on technical and domain requirements.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.

Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.

Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Build a strong talent pipeline and ensure timely position closures (TAT).
