Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Source candidates through Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, referrals and databases.

Use Boolean search, keyword search and advanced sourcing techniques.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.

Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period andcompensation.

Cordinate technical and managerial interviews.

Maintain regular candidate follow-ups.

Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations and candidate closures.

Coordinate offer release, documentation, background verification and onboarding.

Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

Prepare daily/weekly recruitment MIS and status reports.

Coordinate with hiring managers, HR teams and clients.

Build and maintain talent pools for frequently hired technical skills.

Achieve assigned submission, closure and joining targets.
