Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Handle Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring requirements.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment\channels.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

Negotiate offers and manage candidate closures.

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience while managing stakeholder relationships.
