Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate the recruitment process with candidates and hiring teams.

Negotiate salaries with selected candidates.

Manage offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups.

Support both IT and Non-IT recruitment activities.
