Product-based organisations

GCC (Global Capability Centre) requirements

Build candidate pipelines through effective sourcing strategies.

Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical requirements and client expectations.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.

Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Ensure successful candidate delivery and hiring closures.

Manage recruitment targets and timelines effectively.
