Key Responsibilities :

Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes and assess technical skills based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interview rounds.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.

Negotiate salaries and communicate job offers.

Maintain candidate databases, ATS records, and recruitment reports.
