Key Responsibilities :

Source and identify US IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, ATS/CRM tools, Boolean search, and X-ray sourcing.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS updates.

Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client hiring needs.

Learn US recruitment practices, work authorisation categories (USC, GC, H1B, OPT/CPT), and IT technologies.

Meet recruitment targets while maintaining quality and SLA standards.
