What You’ll Do:
- End-to-end IT recruitment for software consulting roles
- Source & screen candidates via Naukri, Foundit & LinkedIn
- Coordinate with clients & hiring managers
- Support business development & lead generation
What We’re Looking For:
- Fresher to 7 yrs experience in IT recruitment
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Exposure to client management or BDE is a plus
- Immediate joiners preferred
