About the Role

Looking to kickstart your career in recruitment? Join our Work-from-Home Internship Program and gain hands-on experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters and learn end-to-end hiring processes.

Internship Details

Training (First 6 Weeks): Unpaid (Online)

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹8,000/month + ₹500 mobile reimbursement

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals and referrals

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

Schedule and coordinate interviews

Assist recruiters in end-to-end hiring process

Maintain candidate data and hiring trackers

Eligibility Criteria

Category 1: Experienced Candidates

Minimum 1 year experience (Recruitment/Office role)

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Excel

Minimum 65% in 10th, 12th & Graduation

Category 2: Fresh Graduates

Recent graduates (BA, BCom, BSc, BTech, MCA, MBA HR)

Minimum 70% in academics

Strong communication skills

Mandatory Requirements

Own laptop (Windows 10/11 with Outlook 2019+)

Stable Wi-Fi connection

Good communication skills
