Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Domestic IT recruitment.

Handle Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing requirements.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job portals.

Screen candidates based on technical skills and experience.

Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.

Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.

Build talent pipelines for niche and recurring IT requirements.

Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and client SLAs.

Work closely with delivery and account management teams.
