Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions

Source, screen and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels

Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates

Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients

Handle C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment processes

Coordinate with internal teams and clients throughout the recruitment process

Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions
